Tejideen Olayinka holds a PhD in sociology with specialization in Criminology and Child Labour. He has over 10 years Teaching and Research experience in the department of sociology, faculty of social sciences, University of Ilorin with research interest in the area of criminology and child labour, social development, social problems, and research methodology among others. He is currently a lecturer and teaches crime and delinquency and related courses at both undergraduate and post graduate respectively. He is currently the General Manager of Kwara State Social and Investment Programme
